We have no minimum quantities whether you're ordering stock or custom bags. There is a miniumum ordering charge of $35 not including shipping.

Orders over 2,500 bags may be eligible for quantity discounts. We'll be happy to provide detailed quantity pricing when quoting your job. We also provide discounts based on annual usage. For example, if you anticipate using 5,000 bags over a year, we can quote a price based on that usage. You can then place orders at the standard price throughout the year and when your quantity hits 5,000 you will be rebated the difference

Since our printing process is 100% digital, we can print up to 16 million colors. There is no extra charge for full color printing. In fact, we encourage use of color for maximum impact.

Double sided printing is available. Just let us know what you need and we will include the pricing in your quote.

All of our bags are manufactured from 100% cotton materials. We have developed a proprietary printing process enabling printing on cotton fabric. While many other sources offer 100% cotton materials, they are often actually cotton/polyester blends. Our cotton bags are washable, reusable, and 100% recycleable.  

We normally ship by USPS-Priority Mail or Fedex-ground. You may choose other methods depending on your requirements. We are also happy to ship using your billing numbers. Let us know what is most convenient for you.

Shipping charges will be included as part of your quote. We do not mark-up shipping charges - they will be calculated based on weight, destination, and carrier service. 

Packaging charges are included in your quote. We use recycled or'used' boxes and materials whenever possible. If new packaging is required, we use 100% recycled moving boxes from Home Depot or Lowes. Partnering with Home Depot or Lowes give us access to low-cost materials without having to maintain a large invertory.

We'll be glad to help you with that. Just measere the length, width and height of you product (or whatever you will place in the bag) and drop us a note. We can help with the calculations and determine the best fit for you.

Normally there are no extra charges for artwork. If you can send us a high resolution .jpg file or a .png file, we can print it directly on your bags. If significant rework is required, we will advise you before doing any chargeable work.

Lead times can vary from a few days to several weeks depending on the details of your order. A small quantity of stock bags made take only a day or two while a larger quantity of custom bags will take longer. We will always advise you at the time you order of the lead time. We can also arrange for a partial 'quick ship' of a smaller quatitiy of a large order if you need some right away. We can also set up periodic releases for orders spanning longer time frames. This means that you don't have to invest in a large quantity up-front, but can spread the purchase to fit your needs. We have customers that range from 100/month to over 10,000/month. Absolutely! We have done everthing from 1½" x 1½" bags for gold ore samples to record album covers and wedding gift bags. Let us know what you are thinking and we'll do our best to make it happen.
